My client is looking for a new Process Technician / Setter to join their Mould shop team. Reporting to the Mould Shop Manager, the Process Technician / Setter will need to ensure the efficient production of moulded parts whilst meeting quality and cost standards. You will need mould shop/injection moulding experience as well as some experience of leading a team. This position is working night shifts although this may change with the imminent introduction of a shift system. The Process Technician / Setter will need: • Injection Moulding experience • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills • The ability to lead by example • A Pro-active approach • Proven process optimisation/trouble shooting skills • Experience of using robots and ancillary equipment • IT skills The Process Technician / Setter Package: • Circa £25,000 PA • 22.45 – 06.45 Monday to Friday |
