Sales Manager
Winchester, Hampshire �18,000 + Bonus TP596 permanent position	Sales Manager My client requires a new Sales Manager to join their team in a thriving golf club. Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a monthly sales plan to hit targeted membership sales figures. You will liaise with other department members to create marketing plans, targeting the local areas in order to increase sales. The Sales Manager will need to provide sales reports and manage the membership database so IT skills are important. Experience of selling memberships is ideal but not essential however the successful Sales Manager will need Sales experience and be hungry to achieve. Being a golfer would also be a benefit but again is not essential. The Sales Manager role: � Selling a range of memberships � Being proactive towards generating new business � Liaise with other departments � Developing sales initiative and marketing plans � Inducting new team members � Reporting The Sales Manager Rewards: � An annual salary of �18,000 � Achievable uncapped commission of �3,000 + � Benefit of working in relaxing and green surroundings!
