My client is looking for a new General Manager to take charge of their prestigious Golf Club. As well as being a Personal Licence holder, the successful General Manager will be responsible for the entire course and club, making sure management reports are completed on time and be responsible for the preparation and implementation of business plans and financial budgets etc... You will need to have a personable disposition and be able to manage both positive and negative customer comments. You will be recruiting, managing and motivating staff and holding regular appraisals. The General Manager will need to set the standards for the entire operation and be able to hold themselves accountable whilst representing the club to the standards required. The General Manager should ideally come from a hospitality background.
