Relocation Agent
Newbury, Berkshire �24,000 - �27,000 TP609 permanent position	If you fancy yourself as a bit of a Kirstie Allsopp or Phil Spencer, this may be the perfect opportunity for you as my client is looking for a new Relocation Agent. The Relocation Agent will be helping expatriates find new homes by offering initial advice on things such as location, budget and local amenities. You will then locate potential homes, help make offers and run the relocation process including finding schools and arranging appointments for your client. You will need good knowledge of London and the Home Counties as well as work permits, council issues and other relocation issues so previous experience would be ideal. The successful Relocation Agent will need to have a good sense of humour with excellent communication skills, be extremely organised and have the ability to be patient and show understanding when required. A background in property and a second language would be advantageous but not necessary and you should be educated to Degree Level.
