Inside Sales Manager
Surbiton, Surrey �22,000 - �25,000 PA / �35,000 OTE TP610 permanent position	My client is a large financial house and a leader in their market; they are now looking for a new Inside Sales Manager to join their team. The Inside Sales Executive will be making mostly warm calls and sold cold calls, working through a large database to secure the services of insurance brokers. You must be able to build and develop relationships over the phone and create instant rapport whilst winning new business and growing old accounts. The successful Inside Sales Manager should come from a successful background in B2B sales within a corporate environment, ideally within the finance industry. The Inside Sales Manager will be customer focussed, hold good judgement and decision making abilities, selling and closing skills and be a good team player.
