My client requires an experienced Recruitment Consultant, ideally with a history of recruiting for the IT industry. The role will include some Business Development so a history of Sales, specifically within the Recruitment sector would be advantageous. This is an exciting new vacancy for a hard working and results driven team player who seeks a fantastic career opportunity. Full training is provided along with a fantastic environment to work in. The Recruitment Consultant Job Role: • Creating Advertisements to attract candidates • Identifying and approaching suitable candidates • Screening potential candidates • Making recommendations to clients • Arranging interviews • Preparing candidates for interview • Negotiating salary and rate of pay for successful candidates • Business Development • Building relationships with current and potential clients The Person: • Minimum of six months experience as a Recruitment Consultant • IT proficient • Industry knowledge • Experience in Business Development and Recruitment Sales • Ambitious, confident, creative • The ability to meet targets and deadlines • Good problem solving • Diary management and the ability to prioritise work loads • Able to cope with a high pressure environment • Good interpersonal and communication skills The successful candidate for this role can expect a basic salary of £20,000 - £27,000 with an achievable OTE of £30,000 - £38,000 + PA |
