My client, part of a multinational company is looking for a bright and forward thinking individual with a good education standard to join them for a 6 month contract. In this role you will be verifying the details provided by the candidate, conducting on-line searches such as credit checks, directorship searches and FSA prohibited persons checks, querying gaps in the candidate's activity and investigating any discrepancies or adverse finding that arise.

The role requires accurate research, investigation and attention to detail. You will need to use a persuasive telephone manner in order to acquire sensitive information. It is essential that you are able to communicate clearly with people from diverse background and ultimately to produce concise, detailed reports within strict deadlines.

In this post you will spend approximately half of your time on the telephone and the other half typing reports or carrying out computer based research.


Essential Skills
and Experience:

Excellent spoken English, a clear voice and telephone manner. Competency in dealing with situations involving other people on the telephone.

Good writing skills with clear handwriting and the ability to write with precision and clarity.

Ability to communicate with all levels of management with diplomacy, tact and discretion.

Basic computer skills and experience of word processing, preferably with experience of Word 2000, Outlook XP, Windows Explorer and the Internet.

A questioning mind with the ability to absorb, cross reference and analyse
